Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Configure SPAM Filters

You must make sure that the auto-generated emails are allowed through your company’s SPAM filters.

To configure your company’s SPAM filters:

  1. White-list the following domains and hosts:
    • *.tm.deltek.com
    • *.hrsmart.com
    • Us-west-smarthost.hrsmart.com
    • *.hrdepartment.com
    Note: These hosts and domains are owned by Deltek. The above are safe and can be trusted by all TM Cloud customers
